THE MLC PROCESS
We enjoy paying our employees and contractors at a rate that’s commensurate with experience. Therefore, we’ve created a built-in test week to determine your pay rate. During your first week, you’ll be assigned a project, given the maximum available hours for it, and will be able to work through that project at your own pace. Overall submission quality, turnaround time, and accuracy will determine; if you are the best fit for this project and it will determine your pay rate going forward. This allows you to control the narrative of your income.
